Yinger Chiropractic Health Center is accepting appointments for Tuesdays after 1:00pm at the Center.  Call the Center for details and to schedule an appointment.

Kay Vance of Mary Kay

Kay will be at the Center to do facials and skin care.  call the Center to sign up and get pampered.

Genesis

Genesis will be at the Center the last Friday of every month from 11:00am to noon providing blood pressure checks, blood sugar checks and heart rate checks.

The Ohio State University Family Nutrition Program

Dawna Joe Kiesling, of the Highland County Extension Office, will be at the Center every 3rd Tuesday of the Month at 11:30am to discuss USDA basic food guidelines, delicious and healthy recipes, helpful facts and more!

Quickie Games

Lauren of Home Helpers will be at the Center every last Thursday of the month at 12:15pm.  A fun mix of word search games, trivia, prizes and much more!  Stop and see how much fun you’ll have.  Lauren’s Quickie Games have become popular already and members are really looking forward to game day!

Cornhole Tournaments

Home Helpers sponsor our Cornhole Tournaments here at the Center.  This is a ton of fun with great prizes!

Wii: Game Time

More and more are joining in this fun game!  Bowl right in our living room, win and get a prize!  Keithlyn Hill of Heartland Home Health and Hospice will be sponsoring the Wii games the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month from 10:30am to 11:30am.

Tai Chi

Fatima Even of Ohio Valley Manor Home Health has been leading the Tai Chi class at the Center every Tuesday at 10:00am and does a wonderful job.  Tai Chi is recommended by the Arthritis Foundation  and helps build balance which aids in fall prevention.  It is a gentle practice that is easy on your joints […]
