Sharon Fulkerson, of Hospice and Hope, has been offering a Yoga Stretch class at the center.  The class is every Monday at 1:30pm.  Sharon has had great success with the class.  “The class is a very positive and relaxing atmosphere and no to mention fun.”  Sharon recently introduced stretch bands to the class routine and continues to add simple but yet very beneficial moves to promote health and well-being.  “Everyone in the class is saying we hope to keep this up.  They truly enjoy it.”

The health benefits of yoga enable you to develop your flexibility, strength, and balance.  Yoga may increase relaxation and reduce stress.  A chair alternative routine is provided.  Wear clothes that allow you to move freely.
