Fatima Even of Ohio Valley Manor Home Health has been leading the Tai Chi class at the Center every Tuesday at 10:00am and does a wonderful job. Tai Chi is recommended by the Arthritis Foundation and helps build balance which aids in fall prevention. It is a gentle practice that is easy on your joints
Heather of the Laurels of Hillsboro is providing exercise classes at the center every Thursday at 9:00am. The class will focus on basic aerobic conditioning and will encourage good physical health. Sharon Fulkerson, of Hospice and Hope, has been offering a Yoga Stretch class at the center. The class is every Monday at 1:30pm.
